Marcos Spalding

Graduated in Business Administration from PUC-SP, Brazil, with a specialization in Marketing from The Ohio State University in the USA. Earned an Executive MBA in Marketing from IBMEC Business School, a Master's degree in Management and Regional Development from UNITAU-SP, and a Global MBA from The University of Manchester in England. Additionally, specialized in Strategic Management for the Third Sector from Harvard Business School and Leadership and Organizational Management from Franklin Covey.

Currently holds a position as an undergraduate and graduate professor at FATEC - Guaratinguetá, where he has been teaching since 2007. Complemented by professional experience, he has worked for companies such as Banco Real (ABN Amro/Santander), NET, and the American insurance company Nationwide Insurance.

Married with three children, he has dedicated his work for almost two decades to the third sector. Over the past 15 years, he has served as the Marketing and Business Director of the Santuário Nacional de Aparecida, as well as the General Director of the hotel chain Rainha Hotéis.
